To think that a single person has had such a huge effect on so many is an amazing thought. I think the quote that really hits home for me is.."Flow first, power later".. this statement could also be made to say Flow first, speed later... It is my goal to gain the speed, and power of all my instructors but I know that power and speed come only from continued practice.
