Many of you have been visiting the website for years and I’m sure you have some ideas.

Ok, I don’t know about you, but I’m getting pretty tired of the CD’s we have at the studio and I need your help.

I want to build the ultimate playlist of music to workout to at our Salt Lake City Utah martial arts studio and that’s where you come in.

• What workout music do you listen to at home that gets you pumped up?
• What gets you fired up and motivated in your workouts?
• What would it be?

Once I know what you want to hear, I’ll start compiling the songs and start adding them to our workouts. And, I don’t care if you have one or a hundred.  Let me know!

If you even want to bring in your own mixed CD’s, that works too!

It has been a while since I have added some more photos to our photo gallery. So, I decided to post a few more from the September 2008 camp that I just came across. I have a ton of other photos from over the years I will post to the site in the near future. Stay tuned!
